Quick Cardio
Detailed App Info:
Application Description
Quick Cardio voice command workout assistant! Hop on a treadmill, elliptical, or exercise bike and let Quick Cardio guide you through a MOST EFFICIENT 20, 30, 45, or 60 minute workout using our special minute-by-minute Intensity Flux. Using your earbuds, you will be guided by voice commands when and to what level to change your workout intensity to during the selected minutes. You can even listen to your music in the background as the Quick Cardio voice commands will play over the top of it. Intensity level is your personal level with 1 = lowest and 10 = highest.
The depth behind this deceptively simple looking app: our App does not simply contain 4 timers set to 4 different times. *Each* minute of each workout is mapped to a specific intensity level (Intensity Flux). This map of intensities is structured in a very specific way for each of the 4 workouts/times to give the user a very impactful/efficient cardiovascular workout. These levels are indicated to the user by voice commands (as well as the UI) that play on the audio channel at the top of each minute notifying the user to go up or down in their personal intensity level as they workout on an elliptical, exercise bike, or treadmill and so forth. Without this app, the user has to constantly look at the clock on the exercise machine and keep track of what the next intensity level in his/her head. Our app solves this problem by allowing the user to stay "in the zone" and be directed when and to what level to change their intensity level to. Additionally, the app sound routines are programmed such that if the user is listening to music in the background while working out, that music will fade out while the Intensity Flux sound command plays at the top of each minute, and then fade back in when the command is done. I have personally used a similar type of Intensity Flux in the past with great results, however it was a big pain to keep track of where I was as previously mentioned. Our app solves this. Countless people can benefit from Quick Cardio !
