تطبيق الإسترداد المشترك: يوفر لك برنامج الإسترداد رصد السلع الغير مطابقة للمواصفات والمقاييس الإماراتية والدولية التي تسبب الضرر للمستهلكين في كل من الإمارات التالية (أبوظبي، دبي، الشارقة، عجمان، أم القيوين، رأس الخيمة، الفجيرة). من خلال آلية جديدة إلكترونية لمتابعة عمليات الإسترداد محلياً وعالمياً، وذلك بهدف حماية صحة وسلامة المستهلكين في الدولة والحد من عمليات الغش والتضليل وضمان حقوق المستهلك في الحماية من المنتجات وعمليات الإنتاج والخدمات التي تعرض في الأسواق.

Recall: Provides you with the information of Products recall (The goods that doesn't fulfill both the UAE and the International standards and specifications which may harm the consumers) within the Economic Departments in each of the following Emirates (Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain and Al Fujairah). The newly introduced mechanism helps in improving the operations to follow up the recall cases locally and internationally, this is in order to protect the health and safety of the consumers in the UAE, and reduce the fraud and deception cases to ensure the full protection of consumer rights in all the products, production operations and services offered in the market.
