THE simple act of becoming relaxed has many health benefits, although, for many of us, being able to relax can be difficult.

Relax with Dr Elaine Ryan Lite is designed to induce deep relaxation and designed for ease of use. There is a choice of two guided relaxation exercises to encourage your body to relax, with no effort on your part: just listen.

Elaine is a Chartered Psychologist with The British Psychological Society and a member of The Health Professions Council, she is also a Chartered Scientist. Prior to opening her own practice, Elaine worked in The National Health Service (NHS) in the UK.


We have also included Time Lapse photography (of Irish Landscapes, including historical castles, dating back to the 12th Century) that can be used independently, if you want to switch off at any time, maybe on your commute to work or school.
