Application Description
R.E.N.T. helps you complete walk-through inspections on rental properties in a fraction of the time and keep your files organized!
The R.E.N.T. mobile application lets you create inspection evaluations for multiple properties or units (e.g., apartments and rental homes), attach photos, and send a PDF of the completed evaluation via email.
Note: For multi-unit buildings, you should create a separate property record for each unit (e.g., Apartment 602).
HOW IT WORKS
To create a new property record, select the Add Property button on the Property List page. This will open a blank property form where you can enter the information for the property or unit. Selecting Save will add an entry on your Property List page.
After creating a new property, select the blue Edit button to open the property and add a new evaluation.
To duplicate a property record, select the Copy icon for the appropriate record on the Property List page. This will open the Property Record screen with all fields pre-populated. This feature is convenient when you are creating a record for a different unit within the same building. Simply change the unit number, leaving the other information the same, and select Save.
To edit a property record, select the Edit icon for the appropriate record on the Property List page. This will open the Property Record screen, where you can change any information for that property or unit. Select the Save button to save the new information to your mobile device.
After creating a new evaluation form, select the blue Edit button to open the form and begin your walk-through.

Requirements
