Application Description
Get in sync with family and friends with SAsync (Situational Awareness Synchronization), the map-based social networking app that lets you share your location.
Download the app, invite some friends, and give it a try. Then, use the in-app feedback option to let us know what you like, what you don’t like and what you want to see in our next version. We want to hear from you!
Here’s what you can do in this version:
• Log in with secure user registration
• Create and edit map-based plans, meeting places, and other points of interest
• Invite friends to join shared maps
• Share real-time updates of location and illustrations between you and friends
• Join and save multiple shared maps
Features to come in follow-on versions:
• Ability to invite friends who are already in a shared map
• Password recovery capability
• Notification when friends leave a shared map
• Simplified log in with Facebook
• Profile photos for you and your friends
• Create teams
• Secure communication with text and voice chat
Note: SAsync uses location services to communicate your location to your friends. Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
