Self Check-In Plus
Detailed App Info:
Application Description
Getting into the habit of mindfulness practice can be challenging. Whether you’re new to the practice of mindfulness, or you’ve been trying for a while, this app can assist you. The main feature of the app is an exercise consisting of four questions that can help you become more aware of your thoughts and emotions in the present moment. It includes an extensive list of mental states to help you name what’s going on for you in the moment, as well as suggestions for how to work with them. The app allows you to track previous answers too, which can help you recognize thought and emotional patterns over time.
Simply tap the Exercise tab to begin. To assist you, the Exercise Help tab elaborates on the exercise questions.
