- Any person can input a unique four-digit room number to create a new conference room to invite attendees for presentations
- Attendees can enter conference rooms by simply inputting the four-digit number on their iPad

3. Presenter functions
- Use of a variety of tools to emphasize specific points during the presentation right on the document being shared
