USA Soccer Manager is a soccer simulation game where the player selects one of the 16 teams and manages the team directly.

Features
- There are skills which the player can gain. Skills can be learned by using funds.
- Players with skills can outplay players with fewer skills.
- As the season progresses, the player’s skills increase/decrease and players have to retire once they are of age.
- Players who don't participate in games can enhance their skills through training as well.
- You can supplement players through new drafts, cash trades, player trades, scouting free players, etc.
- You can view each season’s winners in the Awards Menu.

Match Mode
- The season is divided into league games and playoffs. The winner of the playoffs is the final winning team.
- There is the simulation mode, where the game progresses quickly, and there is the play mode, where you can watch the game.
- In the play mode, you can select the player substitution according to the situation.
- Players who don't participate in games can enhance their skills through training as well.
