Splum is a micro-social-networking app that lets you find your matches and instantly chat with them while receiving micro location updates.

How it works:
1) Make sure your bluetooth is turned on
2) Launch Splum and quickly fill in your info
3) You are set!
4) Splum will run on the background and will alert you as soon as another match is in proximity!
5) After you receive an alert, check your matching score, and if you decide to chat, simply send a request.
6) Once your request is accepted let the magic begin!
