The SportsClinicPlus app was created by physiotherapists for people of all ages who play sports or exercise. SportsClinicPlus helps you to recover faster from your injury while on the go!
The app provides you with high quality HD videos of your rehab exercises prescribed by your physiotherapist or doctor. All exercises have been filmed in line with best-practice in e-learning. There is no more guesswork whether your technique is correct as you can perform the exercises along with our professionally trained models. Proper technique is the key to helping you recover faster from injury.
The exercises will take you from the initial stage of injury back to playing sports and exercising. Your physiotherapist or doctor can select the right exercises for you from a library of over 1,000 exercises which includes range of movement, stretching/flexibility, strengthening, balance, pilates, core stability, agility, plyometrics and sports specific drills.
