Spot o’clock rules!
•Hour and minute hands function with normal movement, illuminated in high contrast green against a black background.
•The cornerstone hours of 12, 3, 6 & 9 o’clock are marked by stationary red circular spots.
•The current hour is denoted by a high contrast solid white circular spot.
•The upcoming hour is denoted by a lower contrast spot outlined in white that is always just ahead of the current hour.
•With each incremental hour, both the current and upcoming hour spots advance around the clock face in unison.
This unique configuration of spots, combined with the hour & minute hands, allows the user to tell time even while vision is significantly blurry.
Individuals can read Spot o’clock from a distance of a typical nightstand or greater. Results may vary per individual.
The moving spot arrangement leaves no doubt of the current hour, even though the spots may be blurry to the observer, the pattern determines the precise hour.
For example, the upcoming hour may cover a cornerstone red marker, leaving no doubt of the current hour’s position.
