Spot On Time helps you drive happy all day, every day.
When you drive to all the places you need to be during the day (we call them spots), being on time can be stressful. To get where you need to go, you probably juggle various map apps, your calendar app, driving directions, traffic and weather reports on the radio, and a bunch of knowledge in your head.
Traditional mapping apps are limited. They can only help you navigate one drive at a time. If you need to drive to three places in a row, a map app doesn’t help you schedule your time.
Spot On Time integrates multiple sources of information into one easy-to-use app. It’s a scheduling, alerting, mapping, and parking app all in one.
Spot On Time helps you manage the details of multiple trips both today and on future days. It lets you schedule your trips, drive happy, feel confident, and be dependable.

1. Scheduling
Easily use the Spot Schedule to set the time you need to drive to your spot on any day. No ordinary scheduling app does this. If you need to go to four places tomorrow, how does mapping software help you today? It helps when you’re ready to drive, which can be too late if there are unexpected delays.
Search for new spots with Seek-a-Spot, our fast address finder. Save spots into your Favorites for easy access. Take a trip now or schedule it for later. Each Favorite shows a Traffic Pass: the time and traffic conditions from your current location to that Favorite spot, continuously updated every time you look at it.
2. Leaving
Spot On Time is a powerful road trip planner that automatically calculates the travel time to each spot. It monitors real-time traffic conditions, factors in delays, shows you how many miles, automatically adjusts your departure time, and notifies you when to leave so you can arrive on time. No more wondering if you should leave early and possibly waste time. No need to get driving directions because it’s all there when you start driving.
3. Driving
When you head for your destination, the Drive Plan shows you the views and driving directions you need to get there.
Unlike with ordinary scheduling software, time management is a snap! A big banner at the top of the screen, called the Time Banner, shows you how long the drive is, how many minutes it will take, and, most importantly, if you’re on time, early, or late.
Often you already know the route, so you just want to see where the traffic problems are. You can use the all-new and innovative Beam to see a traffic-based view of the suggested route in one screen. You can easily see that any unavoidable delays are factored into your on-time schedule.

4. Parking
Parking is often a time waster. You can set up three different types of parking: self, timed, and garage. If you know exactly where to park, set “Self” parking for a spot, and Spot On Time will route you to your parking spot and factor in the walking time to your on-time arrival requirement.
Alternatively, let Spot On Time help you find public garage parking. Pick the garage that meets your location, cost, and time needs. Once you arrive at the garage, Spot On Time will automatically switch to walking directions from the garage to your spot.
