Every year since 2005, Harvard Undergraduate Women in Business hosts the globally recognized Intercollegiate Business Convention (IBC), a unique opportunity for driven female leaders from around the world to explore career interests, expand their network of peers and mentors, and learn from the experiences of top female business leaders. IBC 2013 will offer several unique and valuable opportunities to engage with the spectrum of opportunities in business and will encourage its attendees to ask for advice and for advancement.
