It is sponsored by comedian and philosopher Charlie Viracola’s famed Planet Charlie project. The idea behind the bank is to provide a place where people can read and share original, funny, “change the world” ideas with everyone for fun and insight. People can submit their own original ideas with a simple touch or email ideas from the bank to anyone. Come on, everybody’s got at least one idea about how they would change the world. They can be funny, practical or just plain silly. The sky’s the limit. Each submission to the bank will receive a free Planet Charlie passport.
