What is Thought Leaders?

Thought Leaders is a yearly event that gathers senior executive management across AmerisourceBergen Corporation for a two-day meeting to share company information, goals and plans. This year’s event will be structured differently than in years past in order to facilitate thought leadership amongst the attendees to help instill a culture at AmerisourceBergen where new ideas and “thinking from the inside out” yield bold actions.
  
What are we trying to accomplish?

Inspire new ways of thinking, expose leadership to alternative concepts, and elicit creative solutions to issues affecting the Enterprise. With the market place transformation initiated by the Walgreens/Alliance Boots partnership, we must take advantage of this next wave of innovation. It is imperative our senior leaders think differently to inspire bold actions to secure bold results.
