The process is simple:
1. Swipe down to add activities
2. Swipe right to activate an activity.
3. In an hour's time, Ticky will ask you again what you are doing. All you have to do is swipe an activity - all it takes is a few seconds.
4. At the end of your day you get a report summarizing the time and percentage of what you've done in the day.
You can then export this data and share it with others. You also can access any time period you like, and customise the notification interval.
