Scheduling a conference call or webinar with several colleagues spread across different time zones can be complex, getting it wrong and expecting someone to be available at anti-social times can cause frustration and delay

This app allows you to store up to 4 regular locations and display time zone clocks showing the current time in each of these locations.

The time zone planner allows you to see at a glance the time in each of these locations and is colour-coded to show the best times to schedule a call across these locations.

Normal working hours in each location are shown in green, the hours immediately before and after normal working hours are in orange and night time is in black. This allows you to see at a glance the least intrusive time to schedule a call. You can then e-mail this information to your colleagues directly from the app.

The app links to a YouTube video with practical tips on working across time zones and other resources for people who work internationally.
