Touch & Go lets you browse specially-prepared bus, tram and train timetables by route and suburb, and displays the next departure times for nearby bus stops, tram stops and train stations. 

Touch & Go is not tied to any specific transport operator; anybody can create their own timetable for Touch & Go. Also, Touch & Go downloads timetables in full to the iPhone or iPod Touch, and so still works when there is no Internet connection (great news for iPod Touch owners).

If you are a traveller ... listen out for an announcement from your bus, tram or train operator saying their timetable is available for Touch & Go. Then install Touch & Go from the App Store, download your timetable, and you’re in business.

If you are a small-medium transport operator ... Touch & Go lets you publish your timetable to the exciting iPhone and iPod Touch platform with a very low cost-of-entry: you code-up your timetable in Microsoft Excel, compile it with a special-purpose utility program, and publish the output on your web site. If Microsoft Excel doesn’t work for you, we have an XML-based solution too.

If you are a large corporation or government department, and run your own corporate shuttle service ... you can make your timetable available to your employees using Touch & Go. Don’t want the general public to have access to your timetable? Not a problem, Touch & Go supports private timetables too.
