Tout! is another simple app from the lone developer at Goforth Mobile Apps. Tout! is a two screen storage mechanism for keeping track of those significant events during the year that you'll want to include in your Performance Appraisal. No more will you stare at that blank piece of paper trying to recall all the great things you did during the year. Now, with Tout!, every time you take a class, complete a project, win an award or something similar, simply pop on your iPhone, launch Tout! and make a note of it. Then, at review time, simply review your entries in Tout! and note them in your Appraisal.

There is no automatic transfer to Word or PDF or email, but I am working on something similar. Fund these efforts by giving Tout! a try.

As always, written and tested for iPhone but no reason I can think of that it won't work with the Touch.
