Tum Tracker
Detailed App Info:
Application Description
Whether you are trying to lose weight or gain it, Tum Tracker allows you to record and track your vital statistics, and, once multiple entries have been made, provides you with a graph so you can clearly view and monitor your progress. The Stats panel displays your total change, and BMI.
However that's when things get interesting... by combining all of your data we can estimate your muscle density. Regardless of whether your weight and measurements are increasing or decreasing, if your density is increasing then that's good evidence that you're improving your body tone: swapping fat for muscle.
This app is straight forward to use and, most importantly, means that losing the scraps of paper or notebooks with your measurements on is a thing of the past.
The App supports Kg, cm, pounds, stones and inches (selectable in the Settings App, along with Gender). You can also use iCloud to sync your measurements between your phone and your iPad. For more serious fitness enthusiasts we also have our Muscle Tracker app, which collects far more measurements (probably too many for the casual user - hence Tum Tracker) to provide a more accurate record.
There seems to be a lot of confusion about finding the Settings App. It's the standard App that came with your phone/iPad that you use to configure other apps. The icon is a set of cogs. Inside the Apple Settings app you'll find settings for Tum Tracker and every other app on your phone.
