TROUBLESHOOTING TIPS

Make sure you are using OS 3.0 or higher. For the best performance upgrade your device to the latest OS offered through iTunes. Make sure your device is not set to vibrate.

1st generation touch users. Virtual Toddler will not record audio because a microphone cannot be used.

2nd generation touch users. Virtual Toddler will not record audio without a microphone. If you find that Virtual Toddler isn’t recording your audio it’s because you need to plug in earphones which include a microphone. These are sold separately.
