ViviMi
Detailed App Info:
Application Description
A BRAND NEW WAY TO EXPERIENCE MILAN: ViviMi gives you the chance to explore your city as you have never done before. Choose your destination with a few taps, avoid the Milan traffic jam and get there in the greenest way.
With the “Go” mode you can get the itinerary to reach any place in Milan on foot, riding a bicycle or taking advantage of the bike sharing system offered by bikeMi.
The “Explore” mode makes you discover new locations: parks, gardens, playgrounds, dog parks and market gardens. Browse through the available photos for any point of interest and check for the presence of a WiFi hotspot. The directions to get there with your favourite means of transport are just a tap away! Mark your favourite places so you can find them again whenever you want, or add your own places to personalise your experience.
Our innovative routing system allows you to get the most of the bicycle (your own or a rented one) to move quickly and safely, using the cycling lanes. When you decide to use the bike share scheme, the system checks in real-time the availability of bicycles and stalls to pick up or drop off your means of transport, avoiding any waste of time. Although ViviMi is one of the few apps which are specifically thought for bicycle transfers, our routing system also allows you to move on foot, with the exact same safety and speed features.
Our services are based on data made available by the Comune of Milan, through the “Open Data” project. Thanks to this wide set of data, constantly updated, and to our expertise in process and present information, we are able to offer you one of the best exploring and route planning experience available as of today.
You may also plan your movements and explore on your PC or tablet: visit our official website vivimiapp.com. Favourite points of interest and places created by you are automatically synced between all your devices and computers, so you don’t have to worry about anything. :)
