My answer is "Yes".
I need it, so I did it.
Now , this application can crop on a webpage and get a image, then you can share it with others.
Crop steps:
1, Copy Url from Safari or other files;
2, Open "Web Crop" click "Paste" button;
3, Click "Crop" Button;
4, Adjust Crop Rect;
5, Save to Camera Roll or share it.
