WOD Genius was designed, tested and approved by CrossFit coaches, Navy Seals, and Marines. Through extensive research, development, and testing we were able to create technology within a CrossFit mobile application that gives the user flexibility in their workouts without the need of a CrossFit gym.
Functions include:
WOD Generator – Allows you to select the equipment to which you have access and creates a WOD that fits your equipment.
HERO/Girls – Allows you to select the equipment to which you have access and displays HERO/Girls WODs that fits your equipment.
Movement Library – You have access to an extensive library that gives you a full description and video of each movement.
Timers – Stopwatch, AMRAP Timer and Tabata Timer are all built in.
Favorite WODs - Ability to "favorite" any generated Random or HERO/Girl WOD for future use. Saved in "Favorite WODs" list.
Workout Log - Track your progress and view in calendar or list form.
Share WOD Feature - Share your workout results on Facebook, Twitter, email your results or save a picture to your phone's gallery.
Save WOD Feature - Save your workout results, add in specific weights used, make notes and store in your Workout Log.
My WODs Feature - Create your own custom WODs from the list of movements/equipment.
Add Movement Feature - Add your own custom equipment and movement. Ability to edit/delete at any time
Rounds for time - Complete the number of rounds. Score is the time when you have completed the last rep on the last round.
Varied Rep Rounds for time - Complete the number of rounds for time. Same score as the rounds for time, but the rep scheme is different.

21-15-9 x Pull Ups
21-15-9 x Push ups
21-15-9 x Sit Ups
Complete 21 Pull Ups, 21 Push Ups, 21 Sit Ups, 15 Pull Ups, 15 Push Ups, 15 Sit Ups, 9 Pull Ups, 9 Push Ups, 9 Sit Ups. Time
AMRAP x minutes - Complete as many reps/rounds in the allotted time period. Continuously work for the entire time period and keep track of how many rounds you have completed. Your score will be completed number of rounds plus reps of the incomplete round.
Example:
AMRAP 10 Minutes:
5 x Cleans
5 x Box Jumps
5 x Push Ups
Complete 5 Cleans, 5 Box Jumps, 5 Push Ups as many times as you can in 10 minutes, always repeating that same order. If you finish 8 rounds and then complete 5 cleans and 4 box jumps your score is 8 + 9 (8 completed rounds plus 9 reps in 10 minutes).
