Crowd Trails
Detailed App Info:
Application Description
CrowdTrails is a platform on which people like you and me can develop trails, and share them with others.
Trails are common ways tourists or heritage enthusiasts share experience of places. If you are to experience a trail today, you might pick up a copy of Lonely Planet, or a brochure distributed by the National Heritage Board. What if you have an app that contains thousands of trails, way more than any company or authority can provide?
With CrowdTrails, you can create “my childhood trail,” “my grandfather trail,” or something less personal like the “NUS heritage trail.” In addition, people can contribute to make these trails bigger and more exciting by sharing their own experiences, uploading new media, and liking or writing comments about other people's stories, giving life to unknown places that will otherwise not be in many people's heart.
