Application Description

The NUS mSurvey application is written for Apple’s iOS devices to record survey results and export them to computers for further analysis. It does not require Internet connection while you are conducting the survey interviews. The results will be stored on the device until you connect it to your computer via iTunes to upload the results to your computer. You can then use Excel to analysis the results collected.

The survey questions are NOT inside this iOS application and a Survey.plist file is used to configure the questions. Only after a Survey.plist file is added to the Document Directory of this application, the application will show a list of surveys inside the Survey.plist file.

Interviewer ID is used to name the survey response files. If an ID is entered, the response file will be named as (surveyid)_YYYY-MM-DD_(interviewerid).csv. The ID is NOT used for identifying a person to download survey data from the Internet or any other purpose.
