International Patents is a guide to the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) for inventors to understand the basics of filing patent applications in member countries.
Included are the complete PCT Treaty & Rules (as administered by the WIPO, an agency of the United Nations), and the relevant U.S. provisions. The United States Code (Title 35) and the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR Title 37) include chapters and sections that relate to the PCT.
Also included is a helpful guide that organizes the key provisions of the PCT Treaty and Rules for inventors to quickly identify application requirements: Search, Application, Claims, Drawings, Request/Unity/Etc, and the United States.

The U.S.C. as of November 30, 2009 based upon The Office of the Law Revision Counsel (LRC) classification tables. The C.F.R. as of November 30, 2009 (GPO e-CFR).
