นิตยสาร สสวท. เป็นนิตยสารที่จัดทำโดยสถาบันส่งเสริมการสอนวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี เพื่อเผยแพร่และส่งเสริมความรู้ทางด้านวิทยาศาสตร์ คณิตศาสตร์ และเทคโนโลยี เสนอความก้าวหน้า ทางวิทยาการในด้านการศึกษาที่จะสนับสนุนการศึกษาของชาติให้ทันกับเหตุการณ์ปัจจุบัน เผยแพร่กิจกรรมและผลงานของสสวท. พร้อมทั้งงานวิจัยและโครงงานวิทยาศาสตร์ของนักเรียน เพื่อให้ครู นักเรียน และผู้ที่สนใจทำโครงงานได้ศึกษาแนวคิดและใช้ประโยชน์จากโครงงานดังกล่าว
