Ever wondered what is your idle weight!! or does it change as we
grow older!!

This app calculates the idle weight. It accepts both units systems;
metric and imperial. It gives the operator three values for
the idle weight; the Idle Weight for small frame; the Idle Weight
for medium frame, and the Idle Weight for large frame.
To know your frame; simply wrap your fingers around your wrist:
1. If they overlap then your frame is small;
2. If they touch then your frame is medium.
3. If they do not touch your frame is large.
